30) ADJUST

This is a continual process, which can only be done correctly by first looking. Four players on a full-size polo field are operating on the equivalent length of three football pitches and often an enormous amount of adjustment is required. You should never be satisfied with your position, even when the rest of the team are between you and the ball. An adjustment, whether slight or large, has to be made to everything that takes place, or is about to happen, on this large field.
